ACA Seniors Programs
Start your Friday with friendly faces and a hot cup of coffee. Seniors’ Coffee Corner is a relaxed weekly drop-in where older adults can connect, chat, and enjoy a comfortable social space together.
Join us for coffee, tea, and light refreshments, plus good conversation and occasional games or activities. Come on your own or with a friend—everyone is welcome, and you’re free to stay for a few minutes or the whole morning. It’s an easy, low-key way to get out of the house, meet neighbours, and end the week on a warm note.
This low-impact class is designed specifically for older adults looking to improve everyday mobility, stability, and confidence. Through slow, mindful movements and guided stretching, participants work on strengthening key muscle groups, enhancing balance, and maintaining joint health—all in a safe and supportive environment.
Chairs and props are available, and every pose can be adapted to meet your needs. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning after a break, this class helps you stay active, mobile, and steady on your feet.
